Shipping | Return Policy
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends.) Shipping lead times are unusually longer due to the current world pandemic. Please have patience when receiving your goods once they leave our facility. Shipping carriers are working hard to get your goods to you safely. If your goods are undeliverable due to the current crisis, a refund will be issued to you when goods are returned back to us. Once goods are received you’ll receive a refund minus shipping charges. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these wild times.
Sale Shipping Lead Times || Due to being a one person show when it comes to making and packing goods - shipping lead times may be longer when sales are held. Please allow 2-4 days processing time (excluding weekends). If you need items by a certain date please specify in the notes and purchase shipping accordingly. I will do my very best to accommodate your dates.
Package shows delivered but has not been received ||
If your item was marked delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it; you must contact the shipping carrier for them to locate your package. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to anymore information than tracking. We do not offer refunds for missing packages. We recommend you file a claim with the carrier regarding any missing packages.
International tax & duties ||
Luna + Quartz is not responsible for tax and duties charged in your country.
Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, DHL) to file a claim, carriers cover damages caused during transit. Luna + Quartz is not liable for goods once they leave our facility. You can email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the package, damaged goods, and please list what was damaged as we are happy to help within reason. Ultimately, I will direct you to the carrier either way. If photos and an order number is not provided when emailing, assistance can’t be provided.
Return Policy ||
Due to the nature of most of our goods we can not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, body, teas and bathing ritual goods. Please read descriptions carefully and email us if you have questions on scent profiles. If you would like to return or exchange an item not listed above, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your goods so we can send a return shipping label and issue an exchange or refund. (Refunds) will be issued once goods are returned back to us minus the cost of shipping charges. Any items damaged or used items will null and void our exchange policy. Returns and exchanges can not be accepted on goods purchased at one of our retailers. If returned items are not received within 7 days customer will be charged for goods and any return will be null and void. Thank you for your support and understanding.
